Michelle Masica is the managing broker of a franchise of Sperry Commercial Global Affiliates (SperryCGA.com), a global full-service commercial real estate brokerage. SperryCGA – The Masica Company, with an office in Cleveland, Ohio, is focused on serving clients in all of their real estate needs – from advising, construction project management, leasing, sales, and property management.

She obtained her real estate license in order to sell residential properties for their real estate company, MSL Realty. In 2011, Michelle found her way back to the real estate industry as an agent with the Gerspacher Real Estate Group, in which she spent 8 years. She decided it was time to pursue her managing broker’s license in 2019 and is excited to lead the team at The Masica Company with her years of experience, client accolades, and passion for the business.
