Safety Council Meeting - November 2023
Topic: Incident Command System in the Manufacturing / Construction Industries
The goal of the presentation is to introduce the incident command system used by first responders to enable integrated communication and planning by establishing a manageable span of control. The presenter will illustrate how the Incident Command System is an efficient on-site tool to manage all emergency response incidents and how using the same standard structures that responders use allows for quick and coordinated responses in a plant or on a job site.
