Remodeling Apprentice

Architectural Justice is seeking a motivated and reliable Remodeling Apprentice to support our Lead Installer in residential remodeling projects. This is an ideal opportunity for someone looking to grow in the remodeling and construction industry by learning hands-on from experienced professionals in a creative and dynamic environment.

Position Overview:

As a Remodeling Apprentice, you will assist with various aspects of residential remodeling, including cabinet installation, trim work, flooring, tile, and granite countertop installation. You’ll work closely with our skilled Lead Installer to develop your craft and gain experience across a variety of interior remodeling disciplines.

Responsibilities May Include:

• Assisting with demolition, site prep, and material handling
• Supporting framing, cabinet, and trim installation
• Helping install flooring, tile, and drywall
• Learning proper techniques for granite countertop handling and placement
• Assisting with minor plumbing and electrical work under supervision
• Maintaining clean and organized job sites
• Following safety procedures and taking pride in quality workmanship

Qualifications:

• Willingness to learn and take direction
• The ability to lift 100 pounds safely
• Basic knowledge of hand and power tools
• Ability to read a tape measure and work with fractions
• Familiarity with construction drawings/blue prints
• Good attitude, strong work ethic, and attention to detail
• Punctuality and reliable transportation required
• Previous experience or training in a construction trade
