We’re excited to welcome Officer MacLarren and K-9 Nessie from the City of Medina Police Department to our February Member Meeting.
Nessie is part of the Medina Police Department’s School Resource Officer K-9 program, supporting safety, connection, and trust within our local schools. Alongside Officer MacLarren, she plays an important role not just in law enforcement, but in building positive relationships with students and the community.
Join us for an engaging and interactive presentation where you’ll learn how Nessie is trained, how K-9 teams work together, and how this unique program supports both school safety and community outreach. You’ll also see a live demonstration of Nessie’s capabilities and the powerful partnership behind her work.
This is a rare chance to see firsthand how Medina’s police K-9 unit serves our community, from classrooms to city streets.
Bring your curiosity, bring your team, and leave with a deeper appreciation for the work happening every day to keep Medina safe and connected.
