Join us for an exciting joint meeting for Medina County Safety Council and Greater Medina Chamber of Commerce. (This meeting will serve as the regular monthly meeting for Safety Council to receive credit towards the BWC Rebate Program.)
MEETING TOPIC: Building Resilience in High-Stakes Environments
In high-pressure environments, technical skills alone aren’t enough. How we respond under pressure matters. The ability to stay focused, manage stress, communicate effectively, and navigate challenging situations can make a significant difference in both individual and team performance.
Join Gary Fowler, executive leader, speaker, and executive coach, for an engaging and highly interactive look at how emotional intelligence can help us become more resilient, effective, and intentional in the workplace.
Attendees will explore practical strategies for increasing self-awareness, managing emotions under pressure, strengthening communication, navigating conflict, and creating an environment where people feel safe, supported, and able to perform at their best.
This isn’t just a session for managers or safety professionals. Whether you lead a team, work directly with customers, collaborate with coworkers, or simply want to handle high-pressure situations more effectively, you’ll leave with practical tools you can put to use right away.
Gary brings more than 25 years of leadership experience and is known for making leadership and emotional intelligence practical, interactive, and immediately applicable.
