MEETING TOPIC: Safety Speak with Multi-generations in the Workplace
Did you know that we currently have 5 generations in the workplace? And that we all can view the world differently?! This session will discuss how generations shape behavior and provide practical ways to improve collaboration, communication and connection with all age groups in the workplace.
Access to a free Safety Leadership Playbook (A Supervisor Field Guide for Engagement, Communication & Safe Work) will be provided for each attendee.
About the Speaker:
Shanna Dunbar BSN RN COHN-S FAAOHN, Total Worker Health® Strategist and President at Workplace Heath Inc. will share her expertise in working with all ages in her occupational and safety career spanning over 30 years.
